Edamame and Ginger Dipping Sauce Recipe

Step 1

Stir together soy sauce, oil, honey, ginger, chile paste, and vinegar in a small bowl; set aside.

Step 2

Heat a large cast-iron skillet over high. Add edamame. Cook, stirring often, until charred on both sides, 6 to 8 minutes. Serve with dipping sauce.
